A good photo helps us identify your lock straight away and find the right solution. Photograph the lock from the face of the door, showing the handle and cylinder, then from the edge of the door where the lock case faceplate is visible. Add one picture of the strike plate in the door frame. If any part carries a brand or model marking, photograph it close enough that the text is readable.
